I never seen such an amount of dust like seen in an August Fountain View room. However, they turned the blind eye when I request compensation from causing a disaster of stay and making me sick the whole trip.

It took several emails and jumping from manager to manager for us to get a full refund for our stay. I had to shower in flip flops due to the amount of green mould in the shower floor and walls. One in a lifetime event that we will never get back. We did not travel all the way from Scotland and pay a lot of money to suffer negligence from un trained and rude hotel staff, unsanitary conditions, lack of health and safety protocols and of course, days later after checking out we were told the hotel had contaminated water.
